At Delve we believe your privacy is of paramount importance, and our guiding principle is to collect as little information as possible to provide our services. Information we receive and how it is used

Basic Account Information: Delve registration (creating an account) requires you to submit at minimum your email address and password, and optionally, your name (collectively called your “basic account information”). Your email and password are sent to us initially when you create an account, and all your basic account information is sent to us when you update it using our website and mobile applications. Your email address is used to link tours you have purchased to your unique account, and your email and password are use together to limit access to this account. Your name is used when communicating with you.

Security Information: A pin number, security question, and security answer (collectively called your “security information”) may be added to your account after registration. This information is sent to us when you update it using our website or mobile applications. Your security information is used to limit certain actions on your account. Your pin, if set, will be required to make purchases, update other security information, or change the email address for your account. Your security question and answer are used by use to verify who you are under certain circumstances.

Ratings and Reviews: Delve allows individuals to rate and review tours (collectively called “rating information). This information is sent to us when you rate and/or review a tour using our mobile application. This information is considered public and is accessible to everyone. Delve links your review internally to your account, however no account information is linked to your review when it is displayed.

Additional information: When you install our application on your mobile device, a unique install id is generated. This install id is sent to us when using the mobile app. It is used to link tours you purchase without creating an account with your device install.

Location Information: Delve does not store any location information. However, location data is used by our mobile applications, when authorized and available, in the following situations. When searching for a tour, you can optionally search for tours close to your current location. Based on this location, the mobile application sends a perimeter to our search infrastructure to limit the results returned. When running a tour, the mobile application uses your location information to update a map display of the tour and automatically play certain data.

Log Data: When you interact with our services, we may receive information such as such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, search terms, and cookie information (collectively called your “log data”). This information is used to provide, understand, and improve the functioning of our infrastructure. It is not stored permanently and in most cases will be deleted after 30 days.

Cookies: Like most websites, Delve uses cookies and similar technologies to provide our services. Cookies are used when accessing your account via our website. Delve may use both session cookies and persistent cookies both to enable functionality on our website and to understand your interaction with our services, as well as aggregate traffic and interaction data (collectively called “analytic data”).

Commerce Services: To complete purchases, you may provide your credit or debit card number, card expiration, CVV code, and billing zip (collectively called “payment information”). This information is not transmitted directly to Delve, nor do we store it. Delve uses a third-party PCI DSS compliant service provider for processing all commercial transactions. Information about these transactions, such as the date, amount, and id (collectively called “transaction data”), is received from the third-party payment processor. Transaction data is used for accounting purposes.

Third-parties: Delve uses third-party services, such as Google Analytics, to help understand and improve our services. Third-parties may collect information information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP address. This information may be shared with us during the process of using their services.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Unless explicitly stated above, Delve considers all data collected to be private does not share or disclose that information except in the limited exceptions listed here.

Law and Harm: Delve may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Delve's rights or property. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party’s, including a government’s, request to disclose your information.

Business Transfers and Affiliates: In the event that Delve is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. This Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.
